WEDDING DRESSES

Making your wedding dress takes care, attention and a little time. We need around 10-12 weeks to complete your order, and get your perfect bridal gown delivered to your doorstep. Made to measure wedding gowns may take up to 16 weeks to complete.

BRIDAL ACCESSORIES

Standard processing time for standard orders such as bridal sleeves, capes, shawls, gloves and hats is 5 to 7 business days.

Domestic shipping: Up to 10 business days

International Shipping: Up to 21 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our garments and the complexities of international logistics, we cannot accept any returns from outside the UK. By placing an international order, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

RUSHED SERVICE

Are you a last minute bride? Our Custom Rush service prioritises your order, and puts you ahead of the line. Wedding Dress Express orders take around 4-6 weeks (or quicker) to make and deliver your dress.

SAMPLE WEDDING DRESSES

Our sample sale dresses are ready for immediate delivery, and can be with you in as little as 3-5 days in the UK, and 10 business days for international deliveries.

MADE TO MEASURE

Our wedding dresses are available as made to measure for an additional cost. You can select this option before checkout. Select this option and your personal assistant will email you once your order has been processed, requesting your specific measurements. Your dress will then be custom made by our seamstresses according to the measurements provided.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and so offer a full 14 day returns policy excluding bridal dresses and intimate wear such as gloves, chokers and some bridal separates. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery if you wish to make a return. All of our items are handmade to order for each customer. We do not carry stock to reduce waste and support sustainable, ethical production. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Made To Measure Wedding Dresses and Bridal Overskirts: Your bridal dress is made to order specifically for you, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns for a full refund or an exchange. Custom orders and made to measure orders are considered a final sale.
• Custom or made to measure accessories such as custom made veils and skirts.
• Custom Rush or Express Delivery orders.
• Intimate items such as bridal sleeves and gloves, jewellery, headbands, chokers or shapewear for hygiene and health reasons.
• All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This applies to both standard-size and custom-made items.
• Items on sale and sample sale wedding dresses are classed as final sale.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returned items must be in original packaging with tags attached. Once a tag is removed, an item cannot be returned. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. This is because shipping is a service that has already been provided and paid to the carrier at the time the order was dispatched. Regardless of the outcome of the return or refund, these costs cannot be recovered on our end.

RESTOCKING FEE

A £50.00 restocking fee will be applied to all standard wedding dresses, wedding veils and bridal overskirts returns and £25 to bridal accessories. Please see our returns policy for more information.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for customs delays when shipping internationally.
