SIZING INSTRUCTION:

1. Slightly bend your elbow 30° and measure your arm circumference 4" (10 cm) above the elbow joint - your BICEP. 
2. Select your size based on measurement in the below chart. TIP: Size down if you measure in-between.

S -   9'' - 10'' INCHES or 23 - 26.6 CM 
M -  10'' - 12'' INCHES or 26.6 - 30.4 CM
L -   12'' - 14'' INCHES or 30.4 - 35.5 CM

We also offer express shipping options at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery times displayed at checkout when placing your order.

Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, you'll receive a tracking confirmation so you can follow its journey to you.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and so offer a full 14 day returns policy excluding bridal dresses and intimate wear such as gloves, chokers and some bridal separates. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery if you wish to make a return. All of our items are handmade to order for each customer. We do not carry stock to reduce waste and support sustainable, ethical production. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Made To Measure Wedding Dresses and Bridal Overskirts: Your bridal dress is made to order specifically for you, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns for a full refund or an exchange. Custom orders and made to measure orders are considered a final sale.
• Custom or made to measure accessories such as custom made veils and skirts.
• Custom Rush or Express Delivery orders.
• Intimate items such as bridal sleeves and gloves, jewellery, headbands, chokers or shapewear for hygiene and health reasons.
• All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This applies to both standard-size and custom-made items.
• Items on sale and sample sale wedding dresses are classed as final sale.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returned items must be in original packaging with tags attached. Once a tag is removed, an item cannot be returned. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. This is because shipping is a service that has already been provided and paid to the carrier at the time the order was dispatched. Regardless of the outcome of the return or refund, these costs cannot be recovered on our end.

RESTOCKING FEE

A £50.00 restocking fee will be applied to all standard wedding dresses, wedding veils and bridal overskirts returns and £25 to bridal accessories. Please see our returns policy for more information.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for customs delays when shipping internationally.

CANCELLATIONS

Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days up to the value of your purchase.
